Thank you for shopping at Cartail! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find the details of our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Note: Processing time may take slightly longer during high-volume periods or product launches.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days (depending on your location).

Express Shipping (If available): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearances, international holidays, or postal carrier delays which are outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated within 48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cartail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Email us at cartailhelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Cartail is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, please contact us at cartailhelp@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order to see if a correction can be made before shipping.
